Despite the rise of prices for trips to Turkey tour operators note the high demand of Russians
“Tour operators note the high demand of Russians for trips to Turkey despite the end of early booking program and rise of prices”, - reported Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR). "Demand for Turkish direction is very high, sales volumes from leading tour operators are at least twice higher than at last year. It connects with attractive prices for tours during the early booking period. In spite of the fact that the early booking program for many hotels has already ended and prices are starting to grow, the charter flights are 100% loaded", - the Association said. ATOR noted active bookings of tours for the next three months, but there are already a lot of applications for autumn. The most active regions after Moscow and St. Petersburg are Kazan, Ekaterinburg, Rostov, Samara and Krasnodar. As it was told in the Association, the leaders of demand for Russians for this summer in Turkey are Antalya, Alanya, Side, Kemer and Belek. And there is also an interest for rest on the Aegean Sea. As in the previous season Russians often choose 4-5-stars hotels on the base of All inclusive (AI) and Ultra all inclusive (UAI). The prices for package tours to Turkey for seven days range from 52.5 thousand Rubles (717 Euro) for two persons to 67 thousand Rubles (916 Euro) for a couple with a child in a 5-stars hotel on all inclusive base in the first half of June. Weekly vacation for two adults in the second half of June will cost at least 54 thousand Rubles (738 Euro), for a family of three persons - from 70 thousand Rubles (956 Euro).
