Boeing 737 will implement charter flights between Kamchatka and Japan in the summer of 2017
“Charter flights program between Kamchatka and Japan will connect Tokyo and Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky in the summer of 2017”, - said the Agency of Tourism and External Relations of Kamchatka Region on Tuesday. "The JATM (Japan Air Travel Marketing Co Ltd) company will be the organizer and consolidator of flights tours from Japanese side. The airplanes of Yakutia airline company will implement the flights. The beginning of the program is scheduled for July 14", - said in a statement. Next year, the airline company, which will fly under the program, plans to use the aircraft of larger capacity than before - Boeing 737-800. It will increase the flow of Japanese tourists to Kamchatka. The residents also will have the opportunity to use a direct flight to visit the capital of Japan and the closest to Tokyo cities with their historical and natural attractions.
