Albania has canceled visas for tourists from Russia for 7 months
Unilaterally Albania granted the right to enter tourists from Russia into the country without a visa for the period from April 1 to October 31. This information was published on the portal of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
“The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania decided to grant citizens of Russia the right of visa-free entry into the country from April 1 to October 31, 2019. These rules will apply to citizens of Russia - holders of valid passports for travel abroad who travel to Albania for the purpose of tourism or private travel for up to 90 days,” the statement informs.
The ministry also noted that currently the Agreement on mutual trips of citizens dated April 7, 1993 is in effect between Russia and Albania, according to which citizens of the Russian Federation enter Albania with valid international passports and visas.
