Russian tourists are the most generous and leave the most of compaints
The employees of Novotel hotel chain, made a survey about the qualities of business guests from different countries. The statistics they received is rather unusual and interesting.
For example, according to employees of Novotel, citizens of Russia are the most generous (it is by noted 33% of respondents), followed by Germany (17%). Guests from Turkey are considered as the most sparing (noted by 27% of respondents), followed by guests from France (18%).
The Russians excelled not only in the field of the tips, they are also the first in the number of complaints (46% of respondents say so), followed by Turkey (15%) and Italy (also 15%).
As for the thanks, Russian tourists are also on the first place, 27% of respondents mentioned that Russians usually appreciate good service. Guests from the United States who are on the second place received 16% of votes.
As for personal qualities, 50% of respondents said that guests from Russia are often not sufficiently polite, and another 25% believe that the Russian guests should be more positive (as well as guests from Turkey and France).
