August, 7 Rodionova Lilia individual entrepreneur (IE) from Ulyanovsk, Russia has bought a 3.46% stake in Thomas Cook company, according to a stock market filing on Wednesday. Cook’s shares closed down 5% at about 9.4p on Wednesday after hitting a high of 11.64p earlier in the day, informs ttgmedia.com.
Ulyanovsk is well known as the motherland of Vladimir Ulyanov (Lenin). Today the city is the administrative center of Federal Volda district. But there is no concrete information about the new investor. Profi.travel.ru has made their own research and found out two Rodionova Lilia IE in Ulyanovsk, who may occur this unknown investor. The first is Rodionova Lilia Amirzyanovna owning a transport serving and parking company. The second Rodionova Lilia Restjamovna owns 46,6% in “Venetz” bank, 100% in “VOSTOK INVESTNEFT” (crude oil production company), 99% in “VSK” (land transport means and equipment renting and leasing) and the share of 19% in Promstroykomplex company, trading non-metallic building materials.
According to the trading platform information Thomas Cook stocks continue to fall down. It comes after Turkish holiday tycoon Neset Kockar, founder of Anex Tour, took a 6.71% stake in Cook last week, which was then extended to 8% days later.
